The "Healthy Kiddo Children Support Program," funded by the Kerry Group Kuok Foundation, offers fully subsidized services for children from subdivided flats, foster families, children's homes, and low-income families who have or are suspected of having special educational needs (SEN). The program includes three main services: assessment and diagnosis, follow-up and training, and parent workshops.
