HealthyKiddo-Nagomi Art Parent-Child Workshop
Event Introduction
Nagomi Art is a form of art therapy originating from Japan. Instructors will lead parents and children to explore parent-child interaction, express inner feelings and emotions and achieve a calm and relaxed state of mind through the process of creating art. The theme of this workshop is “Beach” and “Footprints” and will be led by Ms. Wanda Chan, a Counselor and Family Therapist at HealthyMind Psychotherapy and Counselling Centre.

Through the process of co-creating art, parents and children will collaborate to create unique and unforgettable memories
Encourage the use of fingers to create and experience sensory and tactile stimulation
Helps calm and relax the mind through the use of painting and colour

Target Audience: Children (aged 5-10 years old) and their parents
Quota: Six pairs of parent-and-children (One parent should accompany one child only)
