Q29. 我見坊間有公司做 Neurofeedback Training (腦神經反饋治療)，聲稱對ADHD患者有效，請問有冇科學根據？

首先有無效？我會答你，有家長覺得有效，有家長覺得無用。

有無科學根據？有研究顯示有用，有研究話未必有用。

我搜集了一些綜述文獻 (Review article) 給大家參考(由舊至新)﹗

    • "Standard neurofeedback protocols in the treatment of ADHD can be concluded to be a well-established treatment with medium to large effect sizes and 32–47% remission rates and sustained effects as assessed after 6–12 months."

    • 懶人包﹕有用。

    • 懶人包﹕整體沒有太大作用。


大家會見到，即使係綜述文獻 (Review article)，對於 Neurofeedback Training (腦神經反饋治療) 有無效呢個問題，都仲係有爭議係度。只能夠說 Neurofeedback Training 提供了一個非藥物治療的方法。ADHD 的治療，其實須要綜合治療，先可以達到一個比較理想的效果﹕藥物治療 + 行為管理 + 學校支援 + 家庭調適 + 家校合作 + 共病處理，都係重要環節。


另外, Neurofeedback Training (腦神經反饋治療) 都有可能的問題

  • 太倚賴單一治療有機會拖延整體治療進度

  • 收費相對高昂

  • 未有一套標準化既治療方案，每間中心用既機器、治療方式都可以不一樣

  • 未有正式的監管機構
